Deadlines for ubuntu-docs translations

Hi there,

We'll be importing the last set of translations for ubuntu-docs before
the release this Friday/Saturday, so you have a few days now to get some
last translations done for the documentation.

Please pass on the word to all translation teams!

Having said that, we'll do some updates this release, I promise, so your
work will not be wasted.
