Launchpad servers offline while upgrading

Hi,

Today at 10:30 UTC the servers where launchpad/Rosetta are running will
be down for software upgrade for an hour or so.

If you are translating, is better if you take a break so nothing is lost
if you submit the form after the upgrade has started.
