Dapper is currently closed for translation for technical reasons.
Most of those things can be translated via rosetta (eventually). I'm
not sure about firefox start page (there are some magical quirks with
firefox).

Currently no-where unfortunately. This is being fixed.

I don't really know. We're past Upstream Version Freeze so this might
not be possible at all (for dapper). Try to contact upstream directly
and ask them to include your work with the next release.
