Translations (some/all?) weren't updated in 20051010?

The problem is that there are many packages that don't include the .pot
file and neither generate it on build time so we are not able to import
that package until we detect it and update the source package to
generate that .pot file. I'm working on a system to improve that problem
so it does not happen again.

We are using a mirror from the production database and we detected too
late that it was a couple of days outdated, that was the problem. We
will generate the language packs from the production database soon but
we are still improving the system and it's more flexible this way.
