gdm clock format / translations

Hi,

With GNOME 2.12.0 the clock format is set by default to "auto" and
Depends of the translation. Due to the lack of comments it seems that
most of the translators have not change the "%l" part of the "%a %b %d,
%l:%M %p", which is for a 12 hours format.

We got different Ubuntu bugs about that:
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15652
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=13317
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=14299

I've mailed upstream about this but people might be interested to fix
that with Rosetta too for 5.10.

Cheers,

Sebastien Bacher
