 Hello.

 I am writing because I feel that I have the support
 and generous assistance of Boubacar Diebate and the Senegal Cultural Center
 planetmind.net/senegal and the mission of this center will be furthered
 with the expansion of knowledge and literacy in Senegal of tools like
 "The Gimp", "Mozilla Firefox", "Open Office", and "Audacity"/

 I am willing to act in an advisory technological role in organizing the
 layer of data required to properly implement a Wolof version of Ubuntu Linux.
