Sotho/Zulu Translation

[molese Kekana As Melf]

Hi, my name is molese known to my friends as Melf.

I would like to contribute towards local languages translation. Starting
with Sotho, should the project succeed we will continue with Zulu.

I have a group of people with programming background who are willing to
contribute to Ubuntu Linux.
