[Bug 627866] [NEW] empathy always starts with show offline people mode(ctrl+h) enabled

I am using Ubuntu 10.10 dev branch.

My empathy version is Empathy 2.31.90

When I start empathy, it always shows offline people. I have to CTRL+H
to get rid of this visuality. But later, when I re-open emphaty, they
pop out again.
