[Bug 627834] [NEW] Empathy won't make new Chat windows

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: telepathy-mission-control

I can't give reproduction steps, this is random.

After chatting a bit and closing chat windows, Empathy refuses to open a
new chat window no matter what.  Apparently, mission-control crashes
when this happens.

Currently on the nightly build.
