[Bug 411150] [NEW] URLs are not linkable in status message or contact information

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

If one of the contacts has a URL in his/her status message, it is hard to open it.
You think of two ways:
1- The tooltip: The tooltip can not clicked like the Gmail tooltip so if the URL was recognised it won't be accessible .
2- The contact information: Right click on the contact then choosing contact information is not working also; the URL is not linkable in the contact information
