Ready for another round of testing

I just updated with the new packages.  I also did cd ~; rm -rf .sugar

1. The menu item "Applications...Other...Sugar Emulator" did not work
last time - relatively minor but may be a first impression for many
users.  This time I think there's a bigger problem.

2. When I run sugar-emulator now I get an infinite loop and this
output when I ctrl-c out of it.
