[sugar] Sugar on Ubuntu Intrepid broken

If you feel comfortable building code from source, you could use the
'jhbuild' technique:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_with_sugar-jhbuild

This will download and compile the latest development build of Sugar,
which will (in  a couple of months) become the 0.84 release.

Now is a good time as it's mostly stable, and the more 'bug reporting'
eyes that look at it the more chance we have of squashing as many as
possible before the next release.


I too am eagily awaiting new Debian/Ubuntu packages, but it looks like
that is unlikely to happen until after Debian 'Lenny' is released.
