Which version of Browse should work on Intrepid?

Good point, I had forgotten to update the PPA version to 99 for
intrepid. I'll do that today.

The broken package is hulahop (sugar-hulahop, python-hulahop). I'll
try harder to get motu-sru to approve the upload into intrepid.
