[ubuntu-studio-users] How to connect ALSA midi in Carla

Make sure you use Ubuntu Studio Controls to start Jack, and make sure 
the checkbox for a2jmidid is checked prior to startin Jack.

Also, Carla is not replacing Patchage anymore, but will be replacing 
jack-rack.
