[ubuntu-studio-users] a simple freqtweak fix

Hello people,
Last night i wanted to play with my flute attached to freqtweak only to
learn that it has become outdated. But since i always install a newer
UbuntuStudio next to the previous one i could easily copy the neccesary
files to the usual place. There is only libsigc outdated on our systems
from 18.04 and above but my guess is that also a symlick to the correct
libsigc version will do. So it it working here again that funny
effects-program!
