LV2 host that accepts midi input?

Hi all,

i'm trying to find a way to use the Calf monosynth for live performances
however, monosynth doesnt allow you to assign a midi controller knob to one
of its buttons/rotaries.  it only takes automation input coming from its
LV2 host (correct me if i'm wrong)
so i was wondering if anyone has a solution for this?

is there a LV2 host that takes midi input and translates it to control
messages that monosynth can understand ?
