We are not.. Ralph removes pulse. Personally, I have used systems with and
without pulse and had "issues" both ways. Pulse is fine, if it works for
you, and if it doesn't, you can remove it... however, it is what most
applications are expecting these days. I use JACK on ubuntustudio.. cheers!
