I don't use linux sampler at all... this is part of what I'm suggesting to
you as well. You might need to get envolved with testing things that you
need. I don't think anyone tests anything with linux sampler. Also, try not
upgrading at all. The AVlinux creator suggests this for AVlinux, and I
agree. I am not running one machine for everything though, but I don't
suggest anyone do that. I would suggest even a different partition with an
audio install that you don't ever upgrade. It'll always "just work" and if
you are worried about security, you can block or disable networking.
