When you increase the level of etiquette, the way of speaking, when a lot of
emphasis in placed on correctness, people can be self-conscious, and overly
concerned about perception. Perception sucks.. It just keeps people quiet,
if I'm the worst one here, it will make it easier for someone who is better
but self-conscious to speak up, and ask what they think are stupid
questions.
