Recommendation for Soundcard

I have howto in finnish (sorry for that), but there is few pics about 
in/out. I have used mixer+pod for bass and guitar.

And please remember - use Ubuntu Studio 8.04, I have AMD64. Only 8.04 
has rt-linux - you need it for jackd. Maybe things will be better for 
Jaunty, but forget Intrepid.
