Beryl in Ubuntu Studio

A lot of the screensavers use 100% of the CPU.
They are very sluggish. I do not have that problem with Ubuntu on the
other hard drive. 
The machine is a 2.8, celeron with 1 gig ram. Integrated Intel driver.
Also please keep in mind that Compiz is running on the other drive.  I
get the white cube with Compiz on Ubuntu Studio also. 
Once I know that it is not hardware related I might just re install and
try again.
