Add [US] or [Ub-St] to the emails from this list

None of the mailing lists of ubuntu (@ lists.ubuntu.com) use this and
we don't have any intention on going in an other direction, we prefer
to do things the same way the community is adapted to seeing in the
rest of "branches" of ubuntu.
