[ubuntu-studio-devel] mlt has an incomplete/incorrect tarball

That's correct. mlt's glaxnimate module requires a build flag, and kdenlive 
22.08 will pop up a window if it cannot find it. That said, local builds are 
irrelevant in this discussion.
