[ubuntu-studio-devel] mlt has an incomplete/incorrect tarball

For reference, I have local builds of kdenlive and MLT,and it looks like glaxnimate is not built by default. The source files are present in my mlt tarball but were not built and nothing by that name appears in my finished build. Didn't get any cmake or build errors about it either. Obviously anyone wanting to use this module needs this fixed.
