Len? Kryten? Who else wants to be there? Could everybody who wants to come
input their times by friday evening? That way we can schedule and
announce on saturday.

I agree with this proposal. I would suggest at least 1 person's term
expiring every release, and contact-point/chair changing at that point
as well (even if what happens in practice is reelection of the same
person). 6 months might not be a long time, true, but it is a very long
time to be "on" all the time in a volunteer role, and it is important to
give people a way out when they need a break. It will also allow
adjusting the council and point person to being what the group and
projects need at the time.
