If a packager would write a Wiki, understandable for users with less
good English skills, about how to do the packaging, more users could
help the team. The term "packaging" might lead to misunderstandings,
while already building local DEBs is not easy to do, the real issue
starts with providing packages, in the form that is needed for PPAs.
