[ubuntu-studio-devel] Feature Definition Freeze around the corner

I feel like there has been very little conversation about theming our
DE/WM and I'm probably the one to blame for that lack. However, i listed
it in the white-board of artwork blueprint

The wiki has been locked down due to some spam-attack. But it should be
solved briefly. It will however be restricted to one of our teams with
heavy moderation.
