I added it as a suggestion to the publishing meta.

I remember now more clearly the arguments for a "writing" meta.
"writing" is not a freedesktop category - applications inside that
workflow would end up under "Office", but it is absolutely a digital art
form nowadays and could perhaps be granted its own meta, which would be
separate from the other metas audio, graphics and video. I'm working on
something for that right now, and will present it later.

For now, publishing seems the best fit, though in fact there is no
correct meta for it yet.
