:) I like that.

Google hangouts doesn't bother me... no video anyway. I am still not sure 
what a video conference does that email/irc does not. Being able to to see 
the "whites of their eyes" is a boss thing, not generally someone who 
actually does some work... in my experience. But maybe I am being grumpy.
