I just had a poke around in the ubuntustudio-look package to see how Kaj
managed this last time, and I think I should be able to start packaging
the wallpapers straight away.
For practicalities, we need a way to drop the files into the appropriate
place in the package, and then I need a list of the files and their
creator for copyright/crediting.

package and get it uploaded.
