Making decisions at meetings is not a problem. If we have been able to
make decisions and changes from long (time wise) email/irc discusions,
then there is no difference for a meeting. Pretty much all of the changes
that have happened in Studio (and there have not been many) have been from
what people have said here and in IRC. Even things that have changed due
to repo changes.
Input is important. Do note though, that there are at least two people
active in this list that will never attend meetings due to a dislike for
IRC. There may be more. So discusion before hand on this list is important
too, so we have some more opinions to base any vote/decision made at
meetings.
