Debconf is on now (last day today), and I am watching the video feeds
when I can (instead of checking desktop files for Ubuntu Studio :-) ).
Next year is in South Africa though, so not much chance I will be able
to go.

I went to FOSDEM in Brussels this year, but FOSDEM is so big it is hard
to get together and chat/hack (you would need to find somewhere else
nearby - before or after).

Last year I went to FSCONS in Sweden. Much smaller with plenty of rooms
available to book for a get together.
