That's my point. A package directly can provide an init script as a
systemd unit. It's just installing the config and the executable script
to other paths and providing a .service file. So even the old "service"
wrapper for sysvinit and upstart still could provide the same
functionality after it's rewritten.
/lib/systemd/system-generators/systemd-sysv-generator could be
dropped.
Even a path such as init.d could be used for "systemd scripts". It can't
be done at the moment, regarding wrappers and generators.
