is what I have been playing with for a bit. Next step is to put it in a 
PPA. It allows changing Jack's latency on the fly as well as switching the 
CPU governor and loading/removing muduledetectjackdbus from pulse audio. 
There are four modes where the user can configure them for uses they like.

It is made for those who use jackdbus and pulse audio. If you use jackd1 
and hate pulseaudio you will have no use for it  :)
