We have a licence from Canonical and a agreement se we can use Spreadshirt
services to run a webshop and sell merchandise branded with Ubuntu Studio
artwork. It is possible if:
 - We don't make any benefit, so the commission is set to zero ("0 €") on
all the products created on Spreadshirt
 - We actually use the licence, otherwise we will lose it
 - Because Ubuntu Studio is not a legal organisation, the license is at my
name, Antoine THOMAS. The reason is that I asked and so Canonical choose me
as a legal contact/manager for the license.

Canonical owns the brand. Canonical owns any derivative name or sentence
based on Ubuntu, when used in IT context. Canonical don't get money from
Ubuntu Studio shop. Ubuntu Studio don't get money either. Only Spreadshirt
get money, we use them as a service.

We can't change a lot of stuff. I selected the dark theme because our logo
is made for that. If someone send me logo I can use on bright/white
background, I can change if you want. See this picture to see the design

I will try to create new products based on vectorial files, it can enhance
the quality of the prints and open to new merchandise with embroidery
(baseball caps,polo, and more)
