New Art Lead, and announcing Release Manager

Hello to the Ubuntu Studio team!

First of all, a big thank you to Zak Frappan (madeinkobaia) for joining the
Ubuntu Studio team and leading our artwork effort, which certainly is a
area that needs improvement. Sadly I haven't met him yet, but I shall when
I come back from Hangzhou, China tomorrow.

Secondly, I'm not expecting such appointment announcements of mine being
release manager and a -dev team member since it's a Sunday and I am not in
my hometown:-P. But anyways Kaj thank you for appointing me and I shall
continue my efforts in the Ubuntu Studio.

Finally, wish you all a happy Easter and April Fools Day!
