Ok, I think I have taken care of all of those which seem to be left over
from last cycle.

With regard to ubuntustudio-default-settings:

It appears that for commits 133 to 135 I did not do a "bzr add" and so
those files got added at 136. The comments for these earlier commits
should therefore be for the these file additions.

commit 137 the comment should have mentioned that lyx was moved from
office to publishing. This was intentional and something noticed in adding
the extra icon to the office menu. I will add this to the changelog.

The help icon has been fixed (renamed) and the menu has been synced

The mime line has been removed from the "extra" desktop files.
