Ah, yes, you are correct that's a BSD license and therefore I was given
incorrect information.  I showed that license to #ubuntu-motu on freenode
and two people claimed that it was a non-free license.  Upon further
research I see that it IS a free license that can be accepted into the
Universe archives.  Sorry about the incorrect info earlier.
