Just to clarify, it is the 0.1 release. For those of you intrepid, 
backed up /etc/security/limits.conf (Though it has not eaten data in 
weeks :P) users who want to test it, check out 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuStudio/SettingsApp to see what -controls 
does (not much right now). There is a link to the bzr branch from there.

NOTE: Since -controls modifies /etc/security/limits.conf which is owned 
by root, you will need to run main.py with root privileges.
