Apps without desktop files

Creating desktop files is really easy. I can deal with it, and have it
done before next week starts.

The only one with real thought behind it is what to do with
meterbridge. What should we do about this?

After I've created the .desktop files I'll upload them as patches to
each package, with changelog and all the jazz. Hope it get's uploaded
soon.
