menu categories [open question for users]

Most people know one or two tools very well. OK, maybe some know five.
The plethora of tools we get in Ubuntu Studio is slightly intimidating
for most users. And people have been requesting to include more and
newer tools. So specific categorization like Sound editing, Sound
Mixing, Podcasting is the way to go.

One such category could be 'Web tools' which could simply contain URLs
to online media apps like Picnik, Phixr, Singshot, Eyespot, etc.
