Thanks for the patches!

I've uploaded the Plucky one. While we're waiting for that to build and
migrate, could you please change the bug description to match the SRU
template, and re-subscribe sponsors when it's all set?

Also, could you please update the versions to be e.g.
0.12.0-1.1ubuntu1.1 and 0.12.0-1ubuntu1.1 respectively?

Bug description:
  The "User Settings" button in malcontent-control no longer works
  (opens the actual Users panel) because the 'user-accounts' panel has
  been merged into the 'system' panel in GNOME 46.

  This was fixed in upstream by the following commit, but needs to be
  backported into the current package version in Ubuntu:
