Bug description:
[SRU Justification]
[Impact]
I2C camera sensor fails to probe with -ENXIO:
```
$ sudo dmesg|grep ov0
[ 4.484426] ov02c10 i2c-OVTI02C1:00: chip id mismatch: 560243!=0
[ 4.484432] ov02c10 i2c-OVTI02C1:00: failed to find sensor: -6
```
[Fix]
* https://github.com/intel/vision-drivers/pull/18
There is no final solution yet due to the internal process of solution
vendors. To meet project schedule, we adopt this widely tested pull
request.
[Test Case]
1. Install kernel from -proposed pocket,
2. Reboot with the newly installed kernel,
3. Check dmesg output and the probe error should go away.
4. Check camera working with https://webcamtests.com/
[Where problems could occur]
Basically there is no actual function change but to ensure device
driver may reprobe when the depending component is not yet available.
While this issue happens only on selected usbio equipped platforms,
and we tests integrated PPAs on nearly all OEM MIPI platforms, so far
there is no known regression/problem found.
[Other Info]
This affects vision-drivers version
0~git202408091833.02081ea4-0ubuntu2, which is used by linux-
oem-6.11/noble, linux/oracular, and newer. Nominate for Plucky,
Oracular and OEM-6.11.
