Bug description:

  [Impact]

  When running automated camera checkbox test, the system may hang at
  preboot mode with 1-Amber-8-White debug LED blinking pattern on Dell
  Bolan platforms.

  [Fix]

  * ad60283 media: ipu7: Block suspend when PSYS is on

  [Test Case]

  See the original bug report for detailed steps.

  [Where problems could occur]

  The solution is to block suspend while Intel MIPI PSYS kernel
  component is active, therefore system suspend may fail if camera is
  on.

  Nominate for Oracular and Plucky because linux-oem-6.11 is supposed to
  use intel-ipu7-dkms/oracular to build linux-modules-ipu7-oem-24.04b.

  Run Checkbox_Graphic/Automated/Camera tests,find System poweroff with
  1A8W ,need do force shutdown to power on--->issue

  Repro steps:

  1.Boot to Ubuntu OS and install checkbox 4.0

  2.Run checkbox tool with checkbox-cli ubuntu_launcher command

  3.Select test plan "Desktop Preload Certification Tests for
  24.04(Manual Tests/Automated Test)

  4.Select all test items under "Graphic/Camera/Automated tests",press
  "T" to start.

  5.after test finish,check test report.

  Recovery method: do force shutdown can recovery

  Expect Behaviors:

  step 5 No problem with running the job
