  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Require PHP >= 8.0 (LP: #2016016)
    * Require PHP >= 8.0 (LP: #2016016)

  We are no longer shipping PHP7 so this is redundant.
