This updated openssl-ibmca version v2.2.2 works now fine with the new
libica v4.0.1 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1959421).

Bug description:
  The libica4 transition requires to rebuild all reverse dependent packages with libica4.
  openssl-ibmca failed.
  An new upstream version 2.2.2 lets assume that this is fixed:

   * openssl-ibmca 2.2.2
  - Fix tests with OpenSSL 3.0
  - Build against libica 4.0
