Bug description:
  The libica4 transition requires to rebuild all reverse dependent packages with libica4.
  openssl-ibmca failed.
  An new upstream version 2.2.2 lets assume that this is fixed:
  https://github.com/opencryptoki/openssl-ibmca/blob/v2.2.2/ChangeLog
   * openssl-ibmca 2.2.2
  - Fix tests with OpenSSL 3.0
  - Build against libica 4.0
