  Please sync pdfarranger 1.4.2-1 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

  Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:

  Version 1.1.1 was an early fork from pdfshuffle more than one year
  ago, and has since received many fixes and improvements.

  Current version is outdated, 1.4.2 has a lot of bug fixes and
  improvements.
