Bug description:
  Please sync node-webpack 4.30.0-7 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  A delta was added to break a dependency cycle between node-webpack and
  node-uglifyjs-webpack-plugin, now that it is sorted out we can make it a sync
  again.

  Changelog entries since current focal version 4.30.0-7~ubuntu1:

  node-webpack (4.30.0-7) unstable; urgency=medium
