Bug description:
  Please sync libtorrent-rasterbar 1.2.5-1.2 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Link against libatomic on riscv64 as well
    * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
    * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
    * No change rebuild against new boost1.71 ABI

  
  The delta (i.e. the riscv64 changes) are now included in the Debian package.

  Changelog entries since current groovy version 1.2.5-1.1ubuntu1:

  libtorrent-rasterbar (1.2.5-1.2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Non-maintainer upload
    * Link against libatomic on riscv64 as well
